Position Summary
STATS ChipPAC is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter to lead hiring efforts for business-to-business sales positions and technical roles across our organization. This role is responsible for full‑cycle recruitment and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for all new hires. You will partner closely with hiring managers to attract top talent, manage the hiring process from start to finish, and support new employees through their first days with the company.
Key Job Accountabilities (Actual daily deliverables)
Full‑Cycle Recruitment – Sales & Technical Roles (Primary Focus)
Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing candidates.
Partner with sales leaders, technical teams, and HR to define job requirements and develop targeted talent profiles for business‑to‑business sales and technical positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, industry networks, events, and direct outreach.
Evaluate candidates with experience in business‑to‑business sales, account management, semiconductor or technology sales, engineering roles, and other specialized positions.
Conduct structured interviews and assess candidate fit based on experience, competencies, and cultural alignment.
Coordinate interview schedules, panel discussions, assessments, and post‑interview debriefs.
Prepare offer letters, support compensation discussions within guidelines, and manage the background check process.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles.
Coordinate onboarding for all new hires, including documentation, HRIS setup, and communication with IT and department leaders.
Conduct new hire orientations onsite in Milpitas to ensure employees receive essential information and a welcoming introduction to the company.
Ensure all onboarding compliance tasks are completed (I‑9, policy acknowledgments, benefit enrollment, etc.).
Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during their first weeks.
Gather onboarding feedback and recommend continuous improvements.
Recruitment Strategy, Job Documentation & Optimization
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for challenging sales and technical roles.
Review, update, and create job descriptions to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, candidate pipeline stages, offer acceptance rates).
Provide recommendations to improve recruiting efficiency and hiring manager satisfaction.
Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at onsite or local recruiting events.
Candidate Experience & Stakeholder Management
Deliver a professional, timely, and positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to ensure alignment on expectations, timelines, and hiring priorities.
Provide regular updates and market insights to leaders and HR partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on business‑to‑business sales and technical/engineering roles.
Proven ability to source and hire talent in competitive and niche markets.
Semiconductor, electronics, or high‑tech industry recruiting experience strongly preferred.
Proficient in ATS systems, HRIS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
Strong communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced, onsite environment.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
