Lead Technical Recruiter - AI/ML
who will drive full‑cycle recruitment for high‑impact technical roles, ensuring an exceptional employee experience. Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end recruiting for AI, software, and hardware roles, and beyond. Partner with hiring managers on requirements, job descriptions, and sourcing strategies. Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking. Manage interviews, share feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Mentor junior recruiters and support team hiring efforts. Oversee onboarding and offboarding for consistency and compliance. Support office operations and team engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment. Requirements
5–10 years in technical recruiting Track record sourcing and closing senior technical talent. Skilled in recruiting tools, sourcing, and pipeline management. Strong communicator with relationship‑building skills. Able to juggle priorities and work independently in fast‑paced settings. Basic HR knowledge related to onboarding, offboarding, and office operations. Requires 5 days/week in‑office collaboration with the teams. Bonus Qualifications
Assess technical resumes and communicate effectively with engineers. Experience in recruiting in fast‑paced startups and managing multiple priorities. Skilled at finding hard‑to‑reach technical talent. Active in robotics/AI communities like LinkedIn, GitHub, and hackathons. Competitive stock options/equity programs.
