This hybrid role is a critical addition to the growing finance team and will oversee key accounting functions within a complex, multi-entity environment supported by private equity. Core Responsibilities Lead day-to-day accounting workflows, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close. Oversee preparation and review of financial statements and internal reporting packages. Support acquisition activities through financial reviews and integration of new entities. Partner with cross-functional teams on billing, revenue tracking, payroll accounting, and process enhancements. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally with multi-entity or financial services exposure. Strong command of GAAP, advanced Excel abilities, and comfort working with accounting systems. Clear communicator with demonstrated ability to prioritize, review work, and support team development.
