Job Description You will join Sia Partners’ Cybersecurity, Data Protection and Resilience Global Business Line. In accordance with your skills and expertise, you will work in Consulting, Implementation and Audit on one or more of our offers: Strategy, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Data Protection, Offensive Security, Resilience and Training. Key Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end projects or be responsible for sub‑projects of a complex and/or international project, ensuring relevant, proactive and regular reporting to the Manager and Client. Contribute to business development by designing and developing commercial proposals and identifying new opportunities and clients. Manage client relationships on your missions and build solid relationships with contacts at the middle‑management level, establishing yourself as an expert for your assigned tasks. Manage consultants in the context of missions or internal projects, acting as a reference and relay for the Manager/Senior Manager on project follow‑up, deliverable validation, achievement evaluation and the development of their soft and hard skills. In addition, as part of your participation in the internal development of the firm, you will contribute to: Innovation within our Sia CyberLab, working on new offers and SaaS solutions around advanced technologies and leveraging our AI know‑how. You will also carry out benchmarks and PoCs of cyber solutions and monitor cyber news. The firm’s eminence, by actively contributing to the publication plan (articles, white papers, studies, webinars, etc.) and representing the firm at professional clubs, trade shows and events. Qualifications Graduated with a Cybersecurity degree or a related field from an accredited college/university, the candidate has at least 3 years of experience with a consulting firm or a Cybersecurity solutions/services provider/integrator. Mastery of Cybersecurity standards, norms and reference systems such as ISO 270xx, SANS, NIST. Active participation in successful projects where you developed solid knowledge of at least two of the eight offerings listed above. General knowledge of IP networks, operating systems (Unix/Linux, Windows, MacOS), Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), applications (Web Server, DB, Middleware), cryptography, and optionally Blockchain. Familiarity with major market solutions such as Endpoint Security, VPN, VSX, Proxy/Reverse Proxy, EDR, IAM, MDM, DLP, CASB, Office 365 Security. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, Security+, OSCE, OSEE, OSCP, OSWE, CCSP, SSCP, CSSLP, HCISPP, CISM, C‑CISO, CISA, SANS SECXXX, CEH, LTP, GCIH, GCFA, GPEN, GXPN, GWAPT, GCFE, GCIA, ISO 27001 LI/LA, ISO 27005 RM, ISO 22301 LI/LA, AWS Certified Security, M‑AZ 500 Preferred. An exception will be made for high‑potential profiles that do not hold these certifications; they will join our internal Cyber Training program within the Sia Cyber Institute to prepare for certifications.
