Mergers & Acquisitions Associate – Atlanta Location: Atlanta, Georgia Experience: 4–6 Years PQE | M&A & Corporate Finance A top‑tier Am Law 100 firm is seeking a mid‑level Corporate Associate (4–6 years PQE) with strong M&A and corporate finance experience to join its Atlanta office. This is a partnership‑track role offering early client exposure, hands‑on deal work, and a clear path for progression. About the Team Join a nationally recognized M&A and Corporate Finance practice advising on complex transactions, with a focus on private equity and private target M&A. The team is known for its collaborative culture, high client engagement, and industry‑leading work.
