Job Summary: As aMaintenance TechnicianatHH Red Stone, you will be responsible for a wide range of property maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, preventative maintenance, and more, ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents.

Key Responsibilities: Plumbing: Repairing, replacing, or installing faucets, pipes, hot water tanks, toilets, and garbage disposals. Electrical: Repairing, replacing, or installing power switches, fuses, wall sockets, ceiling lights, and ceiling fans. Drywall Repair: Filling holes caused by nails or minor dings during apartment turnovers. Painting: Performing touch-ups and applying new coats of paint to unit walls. Appliance Repair: Repairing or replacing household appliances (e.g., stoves, refrigerators, washers). Preventative Maintenance: Conducting maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and smoke detectors. Health and Safety Maintenance: Ensuring the safety of residents through necessary health and safety maintenance tasks. Lock Installation: Installing locks to enhance security. Required Qualifications: Technical Skills: Proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, painting, and appliance repair. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Positive Attitude: A mindset that contributes to a harmonious work environment.
