Cardinal Gibbons High School is seeking a dynamic full-time Manager of IT (Information & Instructional Technology) to oversee daily technology operations while partnering with executive leadership on strategic initiatives that impact students, faculty, and staff. S/he will shape the technology environment for 1,200 plus students and 130 staff and collaborate with school leadership on impactful IT initiatives. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong organizational and people management skills who thrives in an Apple/Mac environment and can balance immediate IT needs with long-term planning. The candidate performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami. Responsibilities include: Lead and manage the IT team and help desk operations. Oversee daily troubleshooting for network, hardware, and software issues. Ensure a secure, reliable IT infrastructure supporting classrooms and administration. Manage IT budgets, vendors, and technology procurement. Maintain clear documentation and standardized processes. Align IT initiatives with school-wide strategic goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of IT experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role. Strong background in Apple/Mac support and mixed-platform environments. Proven experience managing IT budgets and vendor relationships. Excellent troubleshooting, prioritization, and organizational skills. Strong leadership, communication, and people management abilities.
