HR Generalist

What You'll Do
Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. Support compliance with employment laws and organizational policies. Assist with recruitment efforts and talent development initiatives. Partner with leadership to foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of HR experience (generalist or similar role). Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment. Bilingual is a plus Paylocity is a plus
