The Entry Level Account Manager assists with coordination, observes leaders in action, and starts drafting client updates that sound like they’ve been doing this for years.

Role Requirements for an Entry Level Account Manager Oversee AT&T account activities by coordinating activations, upgrades, bundled plan adjustments, and account changes with accuracy and compliance.

Organize schedules, monitor deliverables, and track account performance metrics to streamline workflows and support AT&T operations.

Collaborate with senior account managers to analyze client data, generate sales insights, and identify growth opportunities across AT&T Fiber services.

Act as a communication link between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless information flow and timely resolution of service concerns.

Facilitate client onboarding by reviewing agreements, presenting AT&T Fiber solutions, and aligning expectations for long‑term engagement.
