Overview
A leading contractor focused on respecting the environment is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its finance team. This organization has a long-standing reputation for delivering complex infrastructure and energy projects across North America. In the Senior Accountant role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP standards.
What You Will Do
Ensure consolidated financial statements comply with US GAAP and statutory requirements. Assist with monthly and annual financial close processes, including preparation of consolidated statements. Support internal and external audits. Collaborate with ERP team to improve financial reporting systems. Assist with FP&A reporting needs such as budgets, forecasts, equipment rates, and cash flow analysis.

Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA 4+ years of accounting experience (public accounting audit preferred) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools (Excel, BI analytics).
