Key Responsibilities
Lead all core HR functions, including compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll oversight across multiple states
Review, update, and develop HR policies, employee handbook, and compliance processes while balancing best practices with operational realities
Partner with Operations and Recruiting to support both seasonal and full-time workforce growth, onboarding, and deployment
Serve as a trusted advisor and culture ambassador-handling escalated issues, maintaining confidentiality, and strengthening employee engagement
Oversee benefit and 401(k) renewals, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, open enrollment, and the annual review process
Must-Have Qualifications
10+ years of HR leadership , including at least
7 years with direct supervisory experience
Experience managing HR for
small or mid-sized multi-state organizations
Strong track record in
compliance, employee relations, policy development, and HR operations
Bachelor's degree required;
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred
