Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all core HR functions, including compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll oversight across multiple states

  • Review, update, and develop HR policies, employee handbook, and compliance processes while balancing best practices with operational realities

  • Partner with Operations and Recruiting to support both seasonal and full-time workforce growth, onboarding, and deployment

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and culture ambassador-handling escalated issues, xrczosw maintaining confidentiality, and strengthening employee engagement

  • Oversee benefit and 401(k) renewals, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, open enrollment, and the annual review process

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 10+ years of HR leadership , including at least 7 years with direct supervisory experience

  • Experience managing HR for small or mid-sized multi-state organizations

  • Strong track record in compliance, employee relations, policy development, and HR operations

  • Bachelor's degree required; SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred
