OVERVIEW OF THE BILLING SPECIALIST ROLE: • The Billing Specialist will handle AIA billing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Produce daily invoices while maintaining detailed records and documentation. • The Billing Specialist will maintain and update time/material rates, entering them into the system. • Coordinate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and address customer inquiries. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR BILLING SPECIALIST ROLE: • Proven experience as a Billing Clerk; AIA billing experience is a major plus. • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
