Key Responsibilities
Lead financial reporting and month-end close processes Oversee cost accounting and analyze product line profitability Drive financial analysis across product lines and sales territories Provide strategic support to leadership while managing AP/AR and payroll functions
Ideal Candidate
3-5 years of accounting or finance experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required) Cost accounting experience preferred; Epicor ERP knowledge a plus Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow-comfortable in a lean, hands-on environment
