Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU
Location:
Morristown, NJ Duration: 3+ months contract (Possibilities of Extension) Shift: Flexible with 9am, 10am or 11am start time. (Can be 12 hours or 10 hours). Weekends or holidays as needed.
Payrate: $59/hour on w2
**Non-Taxable Per Diem is also provided to the qualified candidate living more than 50 miles from the facility**
Job Summary: Closely monitoring patients as they wake from anesthesia, managing pain/nausea, assessing vitals, intervening for complications (airway issues, bleeding), providing wound care, updating records, and educating patients/families on post-op care before transferring them to a regular floor or home, requiring fast-paced critical thinking and collaboration with surgeons/anesthesiologists.
