What You'll Do • Provide high-level administrative support to executives • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting logistics • Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and board materials with accuracy and confidentiality • Act as a trusted liaison between executives, staff, and external partners • Ensure priorities are organized and deadlines are achieved in a fast-moving environment • Assist with special initiatives and organizational projects as needed
What You Bring • Experience supporting executive-level leadership • Strong organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and pivot quickly • Excellent communication, professionalism, and confidentiality • High attention to detail with advanced skills in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace • A service-oriented mindset and passion for meaningful work
