Overview of the Executive Assistant Role: Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring seamless daily operations
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other executive-level documentation
Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
Coordinate special projects, track deadlines, and support strategic initiatives as needed
Anticipate executive needs and proactively identify ways to improve efficiency and organization
Preferred Qualifications for the Executive Assistant: 2+ years of executive-level administrative support experience
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and modern productivity tools
Salary range: $60,000-75,000 #LI-LR1 #ZRCFS #INDEC2025
