We are seeking a detail-oriented
Office Manager
with strong accounting experience to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an organized environment and enjoys blending administrative responsibilities with accounting support. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily office operations and ensure an efficient, well-organized workplace
Handle accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation
Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes
Maintain financial records and support the preparation of reports
Coordinate with external accountants, vendors, and internal teams
Oversee office supplies, vendor management, and general administrative needs
Support leadership with scheduling, communication, and documentation
Help develop and improve office and accounting workflows
Qualifications: Previous experience in office management with accounting duties
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy
