Salary range- $85,000 - $100,000 based on experience level
Top Responsibilities Senior Accountant:
Maintain general ledgers, job costing, CAM and tax reconciliations, budgets, and loan compliance for various properties
Prepare financial statements, lender reporting, and schedules for tax returns
Manage cash functions, including reconciliations, cash summaries, and chargebacks
Input and review lease information in Yardi and coordinate with Accounts Receivable and Project Managers
Monitor hotel joint ventures, oversee utility billings, and coordinate annual property budgets
Experience Preferred-Senior Accountant:
Bachelors in Accounting
2+ years of experience, ideally commercial real estate
Yardi experience
