Our client is in need of an
HRIS analyst , with a strong focus on Paycor, open enrollment, benefits administration, and HR operations. The
HRIS analyst
will work closely with the HR Director and manage key HRIS and compliance tasks during organizational transition.
Role Overview - HRIS Analyst
The
HRIS analyst
will: Manage and optimize Paycor
Maintain HRIS data accuracy
Oversee employee records
Handle benefits administration (including COBRA)
Administer FMLA and related leaves
Requirements - HRIS Analyst
8+ years HR experience, including work as an
HRIS analyst
Strong Paycor expertise
Deep knowledge of benefits administration and data integrity
Ability to manage high-volume, detail-sensitive tasks
Excellent communication and organization
This role is ideal for a seasoned
HRIS analyst
who can quickly step in and maintain HR and HRIS operational excellence.
