The candidate for this position will be responsible for: Ensuring delivery of superior customer service by all branch staff Leading team to deepen customer relationships through value-add recommendations Driving adoption of digital banking services through education and customer interaction Ensuring operational and regulatory compliance of the branch Requirements for the position include: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Strong sales and service skills A minimum of two years of supervisory experience A minimum of two years of banking or financial services experience A minimum of one year sales experience EEO/Veterans/Disabled
