HR Generalist
to support day-to-day human resources operations and serve as a key resource for employees and managers. This role will handle a broad range of HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and supporting HR initiatives that strengthen culture and improve organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of the HR Generalist Role:
Administer and support employee onboarding, offboarding, and new-hire documentation.
The HR Generalist will serve as a point of contact for employee relations, responding to questions and helping resolve issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and coordination with vendors.
Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy across all systems.
The HR Generalist will assist with performance review cycles, training initiatives, and companywide HR programs.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
The HR Generalist will prepare HR reports, communications, and documentation as needed.
Qualifications of the HR Generalist Role:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist capacity.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
