Salary:

$55,000-75,000 plus two yearly bonuses

Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable

Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations

Enter and maintain general ledger data using proprietary accounting software

Prepare and post journal entries

Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

Monitor unit cost variances and contribute to setting cost standards for materials and labor

Support the accounting team with special projects and cross-functional tasks

What We're Looking For: 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment

Comfort learning new systems and contributing to process improvements
