Compass Health Network is seeking a

licensed therapist

or

certified substance use counselor

to join our

Residential

team. In this meaningful role, you’ll provide individual therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll support clients through person-centered, integrated care—helping them build the tools needed to improve daily functioning and enhance overall wellbeing.

This is a part-time, benefit-eligible position.

individual psychotherapy

and support services to adult clients Serve as a team coordinator for referrals, waitlists, and client care (particularly in CSTAR/OUD settings if applicable) Conduct clinical assessments and complete treatment plans in collaboration with persons served Provide triage services during Open Access hours, when needed Deliver culturally competent services that align with the unique needs of each person Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation in accordance with agency and state regulations Interface and coordinate care with other internal and external service providers to ensure wraparound support Offer crisis intervention services during daytime hours per agency protocol Participate in treatment team meetings and quality assurance activities Provide licensure supervision (if applicable) Meet agency-defined productivity standards and customer care expectations Attend all required training and maintain compliance with funders and accrediting bodies

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High School diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s degree preferred

(experience may be considered in lieu of education) At least two (2) years of relevant experience preferred

Licensure / Certification (One of the Following Required)

Certified

through the Missouri Credentialing Board:

CADC, CRADC, CRAADC, or QAP OR

Provisionally or fully licensed

in Missouri:

PLPC, LPC, PLMFT, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW
