Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall system management of the pediatric therapy service departments (PT, OT, SP and TR) including clinical, administrative and financial operations.
Establishes standards of care and therapy practice and monitors for compliance.
Assures compliance with internal and external regulatory standards.
Responsible for staffing, retention and employee satisfaction.
Demonstrates clinical knowledge and competencies associated with patient care and satisfaction.
Ensures participation and satisfaction of all stakeholders.
Collaborates with therapy resources to perform PDSA, quality improvement and other educational improvement events.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from a school of PT, OT, SLP, CTRS --or--
Accreditation from a school of PT, OT, SLP, CTRS required.
Upon hire:
Washington Occupational Therapist License --or--
Washington Physical Therapist License --or--
Washington Speech Language Pathologist License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
5 years of recent first line management experience in related clinical area with demonstrated clinical knowledge and leadership qualities.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in a related field
