Manager Rehabilitation Services - Pediatric Therapy Responsible for the overall system management of the pediatric therapy service departments (PT, OT, SP and TR) including clinical, administrative and financial operations. Establish standards of care and therapy practice, monitor compliance, and ensure regulatory adherence. Responsible for staffing, retention and employee satisfaction, demonstrating clinical knowledge and competencies associated with patient care and satisfaction. Facilitates participation and satisfaction of all stakeholders and collaborates with therapy resources to perform PDSA, quality improvement and other educational improvement events.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from a PT, OT, SLP, CTRS school

Accreditation from a PT, OT, SLP, CTRS school

Washington Occupational Therapist License or Washington Physical Therapist License or Washington Speech Language Pathologist License

National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire

5 years of recent first-line management experience in a related clinical area with demonstrated clinical knowledge and leadership qualities

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in a related field
