Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Greater Boston, with opportunities for remote work. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring seamless transactions and exemplary service. Key responsibilities include conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, networking to build and maintain client relationships, and staying informed on local real‑estate market trends. The role involves both in‑office collaboration and independent work from home or in the field.

Qualifications

A valid Real Estate License is required.

Strong skills in Real Estate and knowledge of Real Property transactions are essential.

Proficiency in Sales and the ability to meet and exceed sales goals are necessary.

Excellent Customer Service skills and client‑focused communication experience are critical.

Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Experience with market analysis and negotiation strategies is advantageous.

Ability to learn real estate software and tools is a plus.

Self‑motivation, organization, and a results‑driven mindset are highly valued.
