Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role in Boston, MA, for a Real Estate Agent. The responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their real estate needs and providing customized solutions. The Real Estate Agent will manage property sales, rentals, and potential property management tasks. Day‑to‑day activities involve client interfacing, market research, property showings, negotiations, and maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of local real estate market trends.
Qualifications
Proven skills in real estate sales, rentals, and property management
Strong client relationship management and customer service abilities
Proficiency in market research, property evaluation, and financial acumen
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
Valid real estate license in Massachusetts
Proficiency in using real estate software and digital tools
Self‑motivated and driven to achieve targets
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Previous real estate experience is preferred but not required
Salary & Location Boston, MA – $80,000–$110,000 per year.
