Job Description These positions are within our AT&A group. AT&A professionals work with application and technical architects to translate a business need into a robust and integrated technology solution. They are skilled in delivery approaches and methods, and the supporting development and run-time environments required to design, build and deploy custom application solutions for Accenture Federal Services clients. Specifically for this role, you will leverage your skills to implement these solutions on Java EE platforms.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of client facing work experience developing Java
Minimum of 3 years of work experience with J2EE frameworks (e.g. Spring, JSF) or ORM tools (e.g. Hibernate)
Minimum of 3 years of work experience using Java development tools (e.g. Eclipse, JUnit, Subversion)
Additional Information Preferred Skills: Experience with Java Application Servers (WebSphere or WebLogic) or Open Source Application Servers (i.e. JBoss) Experience with rules platform and rules maintenance architectures Experience with Rules Package solutions (Blaze or iLog) or Open Source Rules Engine (i.e. Drools) Architecture design experience and design patterns Performance testing Previous consulting experience Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Technical Science An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role. Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
