We are seeking an experienced
Executive Assistant
to support the Head of Investor Relations at a leading investment firm. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a senior leader in a high‑impact, fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the Head of IR’s calendar, meetings, and travel logistics.
Prepare investor materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Serve as a liaison between the Head of IR, investors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
Coordinate and track follow‑ups from investor meetings and strategic initiatives.
Assist with special projects, including event planning, research, and operational support.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive financial and strategic information.
Qualifications
Minimum
5 years of experience
supporting senior leaders within finance or investment environments.
Strong command of written communication, with the ability to assist in preparing investor‑facing materials.
High level of discretion and professionalism when managing sensitive information.
Proven ability to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
Comfortable interacting with investors, executives, and cross‑functional teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with IR tools or CRM systems is a plus.
