The primary focus of a Client Service Specialist is to provide excellent follow‑through and operational support to the Wealth Management team in servicing high‑net‑worth clients. This role directly impacts the client experience and is vital to the organization’s success.
Essential Job Functions
Manage day‑to‑day operations and administrative support for one or more Wealth Advisors, including answering inbound calls, responding to email requests, and scheduling client meetings.
Ensure all paperwork and procedures for client requests are completed and comply with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal operations departments to fulfill client requests.
Manage client deposits and maintain data integrity across all systems.
Research client issues in cooperation with back‑office partners.
Onboard new clients, process transfer paperwork, set up new accounts, and coordinate with custodians and Envestnet, as required.
Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Five years of job‑related experience in the financial services industry.
Prior office and customer‑service experience a plus.
Notary designation a plus; eligible to pursue a CFP designation.
Strong prioritization skills in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining client focus and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with a CRM system (Salesforce) a plus.
Desire for continuous self‑learning and professional growth.
Work Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Working Conditions Professional office environment, daytime hours, working inside, standing, and sitting. Employees will be assigned to a workstation.
Pay Range $40,000 – $80,000 USD
