The Partner, Senior Wealth Advisor works in a client‑focused, team‑centered environment under the direction of an Executive Managing Director to support region‑wide business development and client service efforts. Essential Job Functions
Manage a team of Wealth Advisors and Leaders Collaborate with dedicated business development professionals to lead the buildout of the region through custodial referral channels and centers of influence Act as a senior community business development officer, generating new clients through referrals and direct outreach, especially UHNW prospects Identify and lead cultural integration of acquired wealth‑management practices Participate as a contributing member to regional and executive leadership teams through committees and strategic initiatives Education
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (preferably Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance related); Master’s degree a plus. Experience
Fifteen plus years of job‑related experience. Certifications
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation; additional certifications such as Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Investment Consultant (CIC), or Series 65 considered. Job Skills
15+ years building relationships and mentoring/ managing wealth advisors; guiding advisors to realize their potential, building culture, evaluating performance, recruiting advisors, ensuring clear and consistent communication Direct experience as an advisor closing, onboarding, and serving higher AUM clients Track record of helping advisors grow practices in a client‑centric model, high‑touch client experience, high client retention Experience communicating the benefits of a wealth‑management platform to referral and M&A partners; strategizing growth, closing deals, telling the firm’s story Negotiation experience involving listening, persuading, developing mutually beneficial solutions Strong knowledge and ability to present investment, finance, insurance, and tax planning concepts Excellent client focus; sales aptitude desired Continuous learning and quick adaptation Team player with humble, entrepreneurial, hardworking attitude and positive “can do” attitude Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Salesforce and financial planning software preferred Technical and analytical training in financial planning Flexibility, versatility, multi‑priority management, delivery to tight deadlines Ability to work without close supervision and maintain confidentiality Travel up to 50% for client meetings, national trainings, and seminars Work Schedule
Business hours Monday through Friday, with additional hours as required in an exempt and leadership role. Working Conditions
