The company operates as a go-to heavy-highway contractor across multiple states with a diverse footprint including asphalt manufacturing, paving, concrete and steel structures, design-build, grading and utilities, and related services.
You will be brought on to kick start and expand an entire new regional division with license to lead and influence its direction.
Responsibilities
Lead and expand a new regional division within a major civil infrastructure organization.
Provide strategic direction and executive leadership to drive growth and performance across the region.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align regional initiatives with company objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in senior leadership roles within civil engineering/construction environments.
Track record of building and scaling regional operations or business units.
Strategic planning and high-level project management experience.
