About the Role Our client is a fast‑growing boutique retailer in the jewelry and beauty space, known for its elevated aesthetic and exceptional customer experience. They are seeking a Store Manager for their Boston location who will lead, inspire, and empower the team to deliver their signature experience.

Base Pay Range $80,000 – $120,000 per year

Additional compensation: commission

Key Responsibilities

Consistently meets and exceeds all store financial goals—both individual and team targets.

Coaches and develops team members to improve performance and increase profitability using the company’s 3:1 feedback model.

Proactively identifies opportunities to drive sales, traffic, and overall revenue growth.

Monitors local market trends and competitor activity to maximize competitive advantage.

Reviews daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance and executes action plans to achieve results.

Upholds and delivers a consistent brand message that embodies the customer experience.

Provides ongoing education to the team and customers regarding product knowledge, materials, and brand initiatives.

Builds and maintains a loyal client base through outreach, personalized communication, and exceptional service.

Trains the team to deliver a seamless, elevated customer experience for every guest.

Supports team members with customer concerns or service requests, ensuring issues are resolved kindly and professionally.

Creates a fun, energetic, and professional environment aligned with store, company, and HR standards.

Creates smart, efficient schedules that maximize sales while ensuring balanced customer coverage.

Partners with the Director of HR to recruit, develop, and retain top talent.

Builds a strong talent pipeline to quickly fill open roles with high‑quality candidates.

Leads through coaching, accountability, and positive motivation.

Ensures all merchandising standards, visual displays, and stockrooms are clean, organized, and executed to brand expectations.

Maintains efficient systems for restocking, inventory flow, and back‑of‑house operations.

Drives operational compliance to support store performance, productivity, and profitability.

Completes all additional tasks assigned by the Head of Retail Stores, Human Resources, and corporate partners.

Qualifications

5+ years of management experience in luxury retail; beauty or jewelry experience highly preferred.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to make decisions in a fast‑paced environment.

Passionate about motivating and developing a high‑performing team.

Highly energetic, empathetic, and customer‑focused.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Proactive experience in training, recruiting, and networking.

Collaborative team player with adaptability and a drive for excellence.
