Key Responsibilities
Lead sourcing, due diligence, and evaluation of private credit and alternative investment opportunities, including fund and co‑investment structures.
Monitor existing investments and managers, assessing performance, risk, and portfolio allocation.
Develop investment memoranda and recommendations for review by senior investment leadership.
Maintain portfolio models, performance analytics, and reporting tools to support investment decision‑making.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on portfolio execution, structuring, and onboarding of new investments.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in institutional investing, with strong expertise in private credit and alternatives.
Experience with sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring; insurance general account experience preferred.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and performance measurement skills.
Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree and CFA/CAIA preferred.
