This is a lean, hands‑on role offering broad exposure across the full deal lifecycle, including sourcing, diligence, execution, and portfolio company support. The Associate will work closely with senior investment professionals and management teams. Responsibilities
Evaluate new investment opportunities and support deal sourcing efforts Build and review detailed financial models (LBO, operating models, returns analysis) Conduct industry, market, and company‑specific diligence Prepare investment memoranda and materials for internal committees Assist with transaction execution and coordination with advisors Support portfolio company initiatives and ongoing performance monitoring Qualifications
2‑4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related investing role Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Experience across industrials, manufacturing, or business services preferred High attention to detail with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment Bachelor’s degree from a top academic institution; MBA or CPA a plus Seniority level
