We are currently looking for a Senior Director, Brand Partnerships in Massachusetts. This role is responsible for managing and growing high‑value brand and agency relationships, driving revenue growth across key verticals including Tech & Apps, Dining & QSR, and Food & Beverage. The Senior Director will oversee the full sales cycle, ensure seamless account transitions, and maintain strong client engagement during a maternity coverage period. This is a strategic role with the opportunity to influence long‑term business development, collaborate across internal teams, and build pipeline for future growth. The position requires strong leadership, market insight, and a proven track record in digital advertising or influencer marketing sales. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment, shaping brand partnerships across North America.

Accountabilities

Own the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned verticals, including Tech & Apps, Dining & QSR, and Food & Beverage.

Manage relationships with top-tier brands, agencies, and platforms to drive revenue and client satisfaction.

Build and execute strategic account plans aligned with market trends and client KPIs.

Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing pipelines.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Services, Creative, and Strategy teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Ensure smooth transition and account continuity for the duration of the maternity coverage period.

Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and performance updates to leadership.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in digital advertising or influencer marketing sales, with proven success in brand partnerships.

Strong record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets and managing high-value client relationships.

Experience selling directly to top-tier brands and agencies within Tech & Apps, Dining & QSR, or Food & Beverage.

Excellent strategic, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders.

Deep market knowledge, competitive insight, and ability to develop actionable sales strategies.

Self‑motivated, accountable, and able to operate with minimal oversight in a fast‑paced environment.

Financial literacy including sales forecasting, targets, and commercial strategy.

Adaptable and growth-oriented, ready to contribute immediately during a temporary coverage period.
