Division Manager - Sales Operations Industrial Service and Repair Location:

Hartford, CT (Central Connecticut)

Compensation:

~\$130,000 base + bonus + full benefits package

We are a leading industrial services organization with a North American footprint. We are seeking an experienced

Division Manager

to oversee Sales Operations for one of our largest corporate accounts across the U.S. and Canada. This high-impact leadership opportunity is for a results-driven professional who excels in strategic growth, customer partnership, and team leadership. Candidates based in the Hartford, CT area are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop Account Managers and Regional Managers.

Build strong relationships with plant-level and corporate-level decision makers.

Oversee maintenance and reliability initiatives that influence customer operations.

Implement standardized best practices across multiple locations.

Manage divisional and plant-level KPIs, with consistent reporting to stakeholders.

Develop cost-effective spare parts and repair strategies.

Identify new sales, service, and value-add opportunities.

Establish annual budgets, goals, and performance plans for your division.

Maintain accurate records using internal systems and ERP tools.

Analyze market activity and provide strategic insights to leadership.

Drive cost savings, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

Strong background in outside sales within industrial repair, MRO services, or value-added distribution.

Proven leadership experience in sales and operational management.

Aerospace experience is a plus.

Excellent communicator with strong customer relationship-building skills.

Experience engaging with senior-level customer executives and contract-level discussions.

Willing to travel across the U.S. and Canada.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; adaptable to ERP/internal systems.

Solid understanding of manufacturing maintenance philosophies and reliability programs.

Strategic mindset and strong ability to multitask and manage teams.
