We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results‑driven Regional Sales Director to lead our sales teams across the Naples, Fort Myers, and Sarasota markets.

The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for driving regional sales performance, ensuring the achievement of revenue goals, and strengthening relationships with key clients, builders, designers, and partners.

This leader will oversee and mentor a team of sales professionals, implement and execute targeted sales strategies, and collaborate cross‑functionally to maximize business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with proven leadership experience in sales management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales target.

Manage and grow key accounts within the assigned region.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.

Lead and motivate a team of account managers to achieve sales goals.

Conduct biweekly check‑ins with assigned account managers regarding setting sales goal expectations.

Assist with the planning of sales exhibits, attend trade shows, and take part in education and training conferences on selling and marketing programs.

Resolve trade issues, and builder resolutions.

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to support overall business goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Regional Sales Director or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the luxury appliance or home improvement industry.

Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.

Product knowledge and ability to work cross‑functionally.

Flexibility to travel within the assigned region as required.
