Regional Director – Business Development

We are looking for a driven business development leader to join our dynamic team and advance our growth across the region. As a Regional Director, you will lead client acquisition, nurture relationships, and partner with Principals and Managers to deliver a unified go‑to‑market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business development and client engagement for the region.
Secure new clients and revenue streams, and cross‑sell existing HBK brands to our current client base.
Maintain a disciplined sales process, keep Principals and Managers on track, and apply our unified prospecting and development method.
Collaborate with other Regional Directors to deliver a unified go‑to‑market strategy and pursue larger national clients.
Discover client needs, present solutions, guide clients through the buying experience, and negotiate closures with the principal group, including proposal building and client meetings.
Screen digital leads to find good fit opportunities, thereby avoiding waste of professional time.
Lead or co‑lead Practice Development meetings in the region.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or marketing (desirable).
Financial services experience (desirable).
B2B sales experience (required).
Proficient in lead generation across multiple platforms.
Existing relationships in the market (desirable).
Ability to work independently and with large teams.
High energy and positive attitude (required).
Flexibility to attend marketing and networking events during weekends and evenings when needed.
MS Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
CRM experience.
