This is a full-time, on-site role for a PreK Lead Teacher located in Brooklyn, NY. The PreK Lead Teacher will design and implement age‑appropriate lesson plans to foster social, emotional, and intellectual development in young children. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe and engaging classroom environment, assessing student progress, communicating with families, and collaborating with other educators to create a dynamic learning atmosphere. The role also involves training and mentoring assistant teachers to ensure consistency and quality in educational practices.

Passion for nurturing young learners, and a patient, empathetic approach to education.
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required).
Certification in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
First aid and CPR certification (preferred).
