Kadiak, LLC , a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior IT Project Lead with a Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility to support Kadiak and our government customer in Washington, DC.

This role will manage critical IT projects that enable collaboration and mission success across the FBI workforce. The position requires an Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance, supporting a DOJ FBI five-year contract beginning mid-July 2025. The primary work location is Patriots Plaza in Washington DC, with a possible work location of Mission Ridge in Chantilly, VA upon special request and client approval. Some telework flexibility may be available on a case‑by‑case basis.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties
Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects from original concept through final implementation
Provide technical and analytical leadership/guidance to project teams
Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage
Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met
Clearance
Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance
Required Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Abilities
Bachelor's degree in related field
7+ years of experience in IT project management
Knowledge of current project management methodologies and best practices in classified environments
Experience with SharePoint administration and Microsoft 365 Power Platform
Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
Knowledge of IT security protocols in government settings
Proficiency with project management tools and software
Preferred Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Abilities
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
Experience working with FBI, DOJ or federal law enforcement agencies
Experience with secure intelligence reporting systems
Knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies
Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
