We’re hiring a
Regional Sales Director
to lead growth in the
Northern and Western Detroit metro area . This role is perfect for a driven B2B sales professional who thrives on building strong relationships, managing a full sales cycle, and winning in a competitive market.
What You’ll Do
Grow revenue by developing relationships with independent insurance agents and financial professionals
Serve as a trusted advisor while selling Benefit Accounts (FSA, HSA, HRA, Lifestyle/Fringe), COBRA Administration, and Compliance Services
Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting through closing
Build and manage your own territory with autonomy and support
Position solutions that help business clients of all sizes
Who You Are
A relationship-builder with
3+ years of B2B sales experience
Skilled in consultative/relationship-based selling
Highly motivated, competitive, and persistent
Confident overcoming objections and navigating long sales cycles
Able to become a subject matter expert and deliver strategic value
Live in the Northern/Western Detroit metro area
Hold a valid driver’s license for local, in-person sales activity
