Sales Director – EPC / Construction Recruitment
Talisman Advisory Partners is expanding, and we’re looking for a
Sales Director
to lead and scale our EPC & Construction search practice.
This is a senior, high‑impact role for someone who knows the construction ecosystem, understands how top‑tier talent drives project delivery, and thrives in a fast‑growing, performance‑driven recruitment environment.
What You’ll Do
Grow and own the EPC/Construction business unit
Build and manage client relationships across developers, EPCs, contractors, and project sponsors
Head‑hunt senior talent across construction, field leadership, project management, estimating, engineering, and operations
Hire, train, and develop a team of recruiters as the practice scales
Drive performance, implement processes, and build a best‑in‑class delivery function
Shape the long‑term strategy of one of Talisman’s fastest‑growing verticals
What We’re Looking For
Proven success in agency recruitment or sales leadership, ideally within construction, infrastructure, energy, or industrial talent markets
A builder’s mindset – someone who can scale a business unit from the ground up
Strong client development skills and the ability to open new accounts
Experience managing and coaching high‑performance teams
Commercially driven, resilient, and comfortable in a fast‑paced growth environment
