We are seeking an

Associate Portfolio Manager

to join our investment team in White Plains, NY. This role provides a unique opportunity to learn the business from the ground up, with exposure to both the operational and analytical sides of wealth management. The Portfolio Associate will support client portfolios, participate in investment research, and collaborate with senior portfolio managers — serving as a clear stepping‑stone toward portfolio management and research responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor client portfolios, asset allocation, and investment performance, providing analysis to portfolio managers.

Assist in preparing portfolio reviews, client presentations, and quarterly reporting packages.

Collaborate with portfolio managers on rebalancing, trade execution, and implementation of investment strategies.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.

3‑7 years of experience in investment research, asset management, or wealth management (internships or professional roles).

Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with FactSet, Bloomberg, or portfolio/accounting software (e.g., Black Diamond, Schwab Advisor Center) is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Self‑starter with a collaborative mindset and interest in building a career in portfolio management.
