Responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves analyzing market trends and property values, listing real estate properties, and advising clients through all stages of real estate transactions. Building strong relationships and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Westchester County real estate market are essential aspects of the role. Dual career agents are welcome.
Qualifications
Active Real Estate License required to practice and conduct transactions
Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge to effectively guide clients
Experience in Sales and a proven ability to close deals
Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships
Excellent communication skills and self-motivation are highly beneficial
Prior experience in the Westchester County real estate market is a plus
