Asbestos Litigation Attorney – Remote (Chicago, IL) We are a national trial law firm dedicated exclusively to representing individuals who have been injured or wronged. Our mission is simple: to fight for justice and secure meaningful results for those who need it most.

Location: Chicago, IL (remote within the Chicago area). Salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year. Full-time. Eligible for promotion and mentorship.

What You’ll Do

Take charge of asbestos‑related cases from intake through resolution, including client meetings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses, and appear in court for hearings and conferences.

Work closely with expert witnesses in industrial hygiene, toxicology, and environmental science to develop and present strong case theories.

Participate in mediation and settlement negotiations with opposing counsel and insurers.

Keep current on developments in asbestos and toxic‑tort law to strengthen case strategy and client advocacy.

Conduct detailed client interviews to document exposure history and build factual records.

What You Bring

J.D. from an accredited law school and active Illinois bar admission.

Minimum of 1 year of asbestos litigation experience. (2–5 years preferred.)

Familiarity with electronic filing systems such as Odyssey E‑Filing and File & Serve Illinois.

Excellent organizational and time‑management skills to balance multiple deadlines.

Deposition and trial experience preferred, though not mandatory.
