FS Banking Ops & Digital Assets Consultant - Manager – PwC At PwC, our operations consulting team specializes in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness across the banking and capital markets sector. In this role you’ll analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance to streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver crypto services

Lead teams and manage client accounts

Focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff

Confirm project success and maintain elevated standards

Enhance leadership style and motivate team members

Identify opportunities for improvement

Embrace technology and innovation

Essential Skills and Experience

Analyze and identify linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system

Take ownership of projects, ensuring successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion

Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables

Develop skills outside your comfort zone, encouraging others to do the same

Effectively mentor others and use work reviews to deepen team expertise

Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders, escalating when appropriate

Uphold professional and technical standards and the firm’s code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree

5+ years of experience in operations consulting or related field

What Sets You Apart

Preferred majors: Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Operations Management, etc.

Experience in crypto and/or digital assets

Understanding of front, middle and back office processes

In-depth knowledge of the digital assets ecosystem

Personal experience trading crypto/digital assets

Delivering crypto services to PwC’s targeted clients

Business requirements analysis and project management

Facilitating workshops/meetings, including remote facilitation

Building and/or using various tools/accelerators

Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $99,000 – $232,000. Compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
