As Senior Human Resources Manager, you will have the opportunity to impact change in a high visibility facility, with significant HR career advancement opportunities across BD geographies. This role blends strategic and tactical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with leadership team as strategic business partner to influence and drive strategic initiatives, organizational design, engagement, and HR planning.

Manage and drive Succession, Compensation, and Career Development Planning.

Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and employee adoption.

Support client leaders in identifying and resolving business needs, developing and implementing organizational plans, and building key capabilities to achieve business objectives.

Lead and support client groups with organizational capability and capacity analyses, strategic workforce planning, organization design, and associate engagement.

Act as trusted advisor of client leaders, guiding organization and functional plans.

Guide managers to AccessHR for all employee relations and performance issues.

Provide strategic HR advisory support for complex HR issues and activities (e.g. reductions in force).

Identify trends and root causes to improve organizational outcomes.

Use data and metrics to drive client engagement and accountability for outcomes.

Monitor and address attrition and retention proactively.

Serve as the face of HR to client groups and promote 'one HR'.

Partner with COEs to design, develop, and deploy updated processes.

Manage special projects or process improvements for the global business.

Lead special site-wide projects, develop and implement project plans, and present proposals.

Analyze complex issues and communicate findings to leadership.

Perform other duties as assigned.

About You

Demonstrated experience in creating HR strategies aligned with business strategies.

Build collaborative, positive relationships with stakeholders at local and global levels.

Support leaders in driving standard behaviors and BD cultural pillars.

Influence business partners to align HR strategy; knowledge of talent acquisition, retention, reward, development, succession, and organizational design.

Understand business goals and translate HR strategic objectives into business deliverables.

Excellent listening and concise communication skills.

Critical thinking skills to identify action alternatives and align stakeholders.

Experience leading and managing change using proven frameworks.

Facilitate talent assessment and development processes.

Qualifications

BS/BS degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related field preferred; required.

Professional of Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) Certification desired.

8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years of HR generalist/business partnering experience with change management, organizational effectiveness, recruitment, compensation, employment law, performance management, HRIS, or training.

Experience supporting a diverse client group.

Experience in mid/large complex environments and matrixed organizations preferred.

Experience with other geographies preferred.

Experience in organizational redesign and restructuring.

Salary Range $124,700.00 - $205,700.00 USD Annual
