The Role
Outbound Sales Development Representative – generate new business opportunities and pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers.
Create demand where none exists, connecting with business owners, building top‑of‑funnel leads, and setting qualified meetings for our Account Executives.
Drive referrals, engage local partners, and attend or host community events to grow Kenko’s brand awareness in your territory.
Show resilience, creativity, and laser focus to thrive in a fast‑paced environment; think strategically and personalize outreach.
Opportunity to grow into Account Executive or team leadership positions as we scale.
What You Will Do
Master Kenko’s product and value proposition, articulating it to busy decision‑makers.
Prospect & engage using a creative mix of outreach – cold calls, personalized emails, social media (Instagram, Facebook), and referrals.
Generate pipeline – schedule high‑quality, qualified demos for Account Executives.
Meet & exceed goals – consistently hit daily, weekly and monthly KPIs that drive Kenko’s growth.
Leverage AI tools – use Outreach, Gong, ChatGPT, etc. to research accounts, personalize messaging, and optimize engagement.
Build local presence – represent Kenko at events and community programs to increase visibility and generate leads.
Maintain data hygiene – keep accurate records of outreach, lead status and interactions in HubSpot.
What You Need To Succeed
1+ year outbound sales experience (SDR/BDR/field sales or internship) with a track record of creating your own pipeline.
Real passion for fitness & wellness, and curiosity about studios’ operations.
Fitness insider – bonus for experience behind the front desk or in the studio; knowledge of Mindbody, Marianatek or Momence is a plus.
Self‑starter energy and confidence to build momentum without warm leads.
Grit, resilience and persistence – treat rejection as fuel and keep the conversation moving forward.
Strong communicator across phone, email, video and social.
Organized and detail‑oriented, keeping HubSpot, Nooks and daily tasks accurate.
Coachable, curious and growth‑mindset; ready to level up your sales skills.
Comfortable with modern sales & AI tools such as HubSpot, Nooks, Zoom, Fireflies or similar.
